UK Orders
We aim to process all UK orders within 5-7 working days.
Orders under £100 can be sent via Royal Mail First Class (£5). Orders over £100 qualify for free postage. We dispatch orders five days a week, Monday to Friday.
International Orders (including EU & EEA Orders)
We aim to process all international orders within 10 working days.
International orders are sent via tracked Parcelforce (EU: £15, Rest of World: £24). We dispatch orders five days a week, Monday to Friday.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES: In accordance with tax legislation, overseas customers will not be charged VAT (sales tax) when checking out. Depending on your country of residence you may have to pay VAT or sales taxes, plus any additional customs fees or tariffs, when your parcel arrives in the destination country. Parcelforce (or their local partner) will make you aware of any charges due as soon as they are applied by authorities in your own country. These charges will need to be settled with Parcelforce (or their local partner) before your order can be delivered. If your order has been sent via an alternative delivery partner for any reason, you may be contacted either by them or by your local customs authority regarding any charges.
Collect from Store Orders
Collect from Store Orders are available during University of Exeter term times only. We aim to process collect from store orders within two working days. We will let you know when your order has been processed and is ready to pick up. The store is open for order collection from 10am to 5pm.
We will hold your order for up to 6 months. If your order is uncollected, we will send you a maximum of 3 reminders during this time to check whether you still want to pick it up. If your order is still uncollected after 6 months and we have not heard back from you, we will return the order to our store stock. We will not refund your order after this time.
Collect from Store FAQ
I've lost my order confirmation email - what can I do?
Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here. If you haven’t got your confirmation then we will ask you a couple of security questions when you come into the Store to collect your order.
I selected Collect from Store but I need my order to be posted to me - how can I change my delivery?
There is no problem for us to change your delivery from Collect from Store to being sent to you in the post. Please contact us and we will send you the link to pay for the right delivery for you.
How can I return my Collect from Store order?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 28 days to exchange or refund your order. You can simply pop into the Store again with your order and order notification, or you can contact us and arrange to send your item back. Read our full Refund & Returns Policy here.
